Tigers clash with Pirates

The Tigers wrapped up their regular season with a 3-0 victory over the Verndale Pirates, winning with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, and 25-19. It was a solid victory for the Tigers as they continue making adjustments to their lineup heading into the postseason.
The Tigers set goals to serve aggressively, maintain defensive positioning, execute offensively, and read each contact effectively. Overall, they were successful in accomplishing these tasks during their match.
In their match, the Tigers tallied 12 ace serves, with Ava Lorentz and Natalie Marxer contributing 5 aces each.
However, the team also committed 8 serving errors.
Offensively, the Tigers recorded 29 kills with 17 errors, led by Ashley Perish’s 8 kills, followed by Miley Riedel with 6 kills and Lydia Stearns with 5....
