Tigers come away with 3 victories for the week

It was another busy week for the Browerville/Eagle Valley Softball team. The week saw them play 3 games and come away with 3 victories as the season winds down.
First up for the week, the Tigers drove down Highway 71 to play a “home” game in Long Prairie against the Raiders from Mille Lacs.
The Tigers would score 2 in the 3rd, 2 in the 4th, and 1 in the 5th to help seal the 5-2 victory.
Freshman Bristol Bruder pitched all 7 innings giving up 0 ER on the day.
Anna Myers led the way offensively with 2 hits, followed by Allison Cebulla, Abigail Marxer, and Jayden Schmitt who all added 1 hit each.
On Tuesday, the Tigers would head to the College of St. Ben’s for another “home” game against their conference and section foe, the Swanville Bulldogs.
With some strong hitting, The Bulldogs jumped out to the 8-1 lead after 3 innings....
