Tigers have a busy couple weeks

Browerville/Eagle Valley - 89, Verndale - 56
The Tigers took on the Pirates from Verndale and came out victorious.
Browerville/Eagle Valley jumped out to a nice 19 to 3 lead only to see the lead disappear. A time out with 6:29 on the clock got the Tigers back on track defensively. Verndale scored six more points, and the Tigers had a 41 - 32 lead at the half.
The Tigers offense exploded to start the second half. Ryan Riedel scored 11 of the team’s first 15 points. B/EV put this game into running time and went on to win 89 - 56.
Jayden Schultz and Ben Host each scored in double digits with 19 and 14, respectively. Riedel finished the game with 25 points to lead all scorers.

Border West came to Clarissa last week with a 14 - 2 record and some votes for one of the top ten teams in the state. The Tigers were ready for the challenge....
