Tigers maul the Cardinals in rematch

On Tuesday, the Tigers hosted the Prairie Conference Champions—the Upsala Cardinals—for a rematch of the two top teams in the conference.

Earlier in the year, Upsala came away with the 3-5 victory over Browerville/EV. This time around the Tigers played a better game all around as they would score 7 in the first inning and go on to defeat the Cardinals 15-0 in 4 innings.

Madeline Irsfeld led the Tigers at the plate with 2 doubles, 3 R, and 3 RBI. Abby Marxer went all 4 innings giving up 3 hits and striking out 4. . .
