Tigers take down the Thunder

The Tigers team traveled to Long Prairie last week for their first Prairie Conference matchup of this young season. Browerville/Eagle Valley’s defense held strong while their offense struggled to put the ball in the basket.

B/EV scored first and led 4 to 3 early before surrendering the lead to the Thunder. The Tigers would not have a lead again until two minutes remained in the half. They would score again and have their largest lead of the half, 21- 18. However, the Thunder scored twice to end the first half, and led 22-21. . .
