Tigers win three games for the week

A three games at home week for the Browerville/Eagle Valley Tigers started out with a convincing win over the Braves from Menahga.
It took a little bit for the Tigers to get going, but once they did, they never looked back.
With the score tied at 10 apiece, B/EV closed out the half with a 31 to 12 run.
The Tigers used a consistent defensive and offensive effort to extend their lead in the second half and coasted their way to a victory.
Ben Host led all scorers with 19 points.
Christian Tobas scored 14 off the bench for the Tigers.
Five players scored in double digits in a well-balanced attack.

Last Thursday the Tigers played host to the Buccaneers from Border West.
Border West came in with an impressive 14 – 2 record and all tall, long team. Despite being outrebounded 46 to 40, the Tigers forced the Buccaneers into 15 turnovers to just 11 for the Tigers....
