To keep or let go? Citizens and city to decide on historic Memorial Park gazebo

The city of Clarissa is requesting your input about the future of the historic gazebo located in Memorial Park which is between Highway 71 and Main Street.

The city is asking a series of questions related to the gazebo because of its state of repair.

The questions which were sent out in a questionnaire earlier this month are:

1. Do we keep the gazebo and rebuild it in Memorial Park?

2. Do we rebuild the gazebo in the city park in place of the current one?

3. Do we have no gazebo at all?

The answers are expected back at the city hall by Friday, October 14. . .
