There were a number of assessments made for properties that had various planning and zoning ordinance violations. There were several second-year violations as well as one property with a third-year violation.

The properties owned by the following received a second-year violation assessment of $2000 each for failure to complete the restoration order.

Updates on each property were given during the December 21 work session. There have been no improvements to any of the properties and for the most part, there has been minimal to no contact made with the owners although attempts have been made. . .
