The Verndale School Board held their regular meeting on November 6.

Principal Katie Bolland discussed giving more support for what teachers are doing during PLC times. They are going to focus on a specific element, and how they will implement it. Bolland said this is the best PLCs they’ve done.

Bolland discussed a Minnesota based suicide prevention grant. This is to help engage the community and enhance strategies to prevent suicide. Part of the process is communicating the information.
