A few questions were posed such as is the county required to keep the law library, whose authority is it under, and how much does it receive for funding?

County Attorney Kyra Ladd explained the Law Library Board is meeting to discuss the funding. It’s a county library and not part of the court.

Ladd is auditing the subscriptions for the library. She discovered there are payments coming from the law library for state items, which is a problem, as the county shouldn’t be paying for these items. . .
