Ryan Odden explained the Personnel Committee met to discuss what supervisory/HR/admin duties remained with this interim position and they came to the conclusion that it would be paid at .4 FTE, 40% time. The agenda will be handled by Heather Olson, auditor/treasurer. The Personnel Committee will do the initial review of internal applicants. They would be compensated at Odden’s current rate....
