Wadena Holds Christmas Festival

The Wadena Chamber of Commerce sponsored the 44th Annual Wadena Christmas Festival on November 27. The annual event brought shoppers of all ages to the Wadena/Deer Creek Elementary School gym and auditorium (at right). Shoppers were entertained throughout the day in the auditorium. Entertainment was provided by the “Just for Kix” dance group (at left) along with Wadena Royalty, Lea Snyder piano students, and Connie Knutson. Children of all ages visited and had pictures taken with Santa in the cafeteria. Above, Santa handed Ian Shae and big sister Aislyn a goodie bag. A wonderful time was had by all who attended the annual festival.
