White and Uselman do well at State: White takes 3rd in State, Uselman ties for 13th

Day 1-
Carter White teed off at 8:38 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11 at Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan for his start of the 2024 State Golf Tournament. This is for his fourth State tournament appearance.
He birdied his first hole, a par 5. Then he struggled for a little while with his accuracy which lead to a double bogey and three more bogeys in the next four holes.
He was +4 through the first 6 holes.
After that he turned it around and birdied 4 of the next 5 holes which brought him back to even par.
He had two more birdies and two more bogies to keep him at even par for his first day.
He had 7 birdies on his round. That put him at 4th place after day one....
