Dan Sartell explained the Friends of Wadena County Youth organization was formed to work with the county to help raise money to fix the 4-H building at the fairgrounds. Because the county owns the 4-H building, the Friends would like a letter of support from the commissioners to apply for grants, as well as the commissioners agreeing to use those funds strictly for the 4-H building....
